Import parcel list

Paste columns from a spreadsheet, or upload a CSV/TSV file. Roll # is required, plus at least one of Municipality (name), Muni #, Title #, or Legal Description. A sales export (Sale Date, Consideration, Municipality, Roll #, …) works too — map its Municipality column to Municipality (name) to reconcile by name. Municipality names can be bare: ARBORG matches ARBORG (TOWN), BIFROST-RIVERTON matches BIFROST-RIVERTON (MUNICIPALITY). Supplying a Muni # (or a recognised Municipality name) skips the legal-index lookup and is the most reliable input. A Site # column — headed Site, Parcel or just # — numbers the parcels on the map instead of the automatic 1…N order. Multi-parcel sales — one row with several stacked rolls — import as a single shaded group. Download a sample CSV — one row per accepted identifier.

Property data status

When the property facts behind this site — legal descriptions, assessed values, title numbers, and the zoning, soil, flood and other parcel layers — were last refreshed. Sales records are tracked separately: see the Coverage button in the Sales Analysis tab's MAO sales database panel.

Assessment rolls by municipality

A full date is the day that municipality's rolls last had a complete refresh. A bare month ("July 2026") means the refresh committed in that monthly cohort before exact days were recorded — dates fill in as each cohort comes due. This date is the floor, not the whole story: assessed values, addresses and areas are checked nightly for every municipality, and a parcel that sells has its title number and legal description re-read within about three days. The full re-read below is what additionally catches legal and title changes on parcels that did not sell — every 6 months, or 12 in the North.

Dates are each service's own last-edit stamp, fetched when this dialog opens. The WALLAS layers publish no edit stamp, so theirs is the newest record in the data. A recent date means the layer changed; it does not promise every record in it is current.

Sales scrape coverage

Covers the sales archive only — for the property facts (legal descriptions, assessed values, title numbers), see Property Data Status in the top bar. "Next full scrape" is the month each municipality's complete re-scrape is due under its cadence tier; "Refresh" is the light incremental pass that tops up new sales and cycles the whole archive every few days once the sweep completes.
